Commissioning & Start-Up phase moves the project from the end of the construction to the commercial operation status”. This phase covers the initial and primary dynamic tests, including performance tests.
Initiated right from the beginning of design phase, Commissioning & Start-Up activity aims to validate the construction integrity and confirms that the facilities are delivered in s safe, reliable and operational condition in accordance with the Client’s requirements.
These services have to be schedule in a planned, controlled and quantified manner with the safety of the employees, the Client, suppliers and sub-contractors as primary objective.
Training of local personnel is a key element for the successful Start-Up of a project. Spims offer to its Client employee’s operation training, maintenance and technological transfer to insure project success.
The Commissioning and Start-Up services could not be achieved without the complete involvement of competent and motivated team, made of personnel from the Project’s Owner dedicated and fully embracing the objective and challenge of their project.
